Q - How long will it take to get my order?
A - We use Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service and UPS to any valid address. Depending on the product ordered, it may take 2-3 days and up to two weeks for heavier shipments.
Arrival date will vary depending on your selected shipping method (next day,
2-day, 3-day, and ground). Next day, 2-day and 3-day orders must be received
no later than 1:30 pm EST. Please allow regular business days (Monday Friday)
for your order to arrive.

A - Due to the number of sample requests we receive, our
sample policy is to refer all potential high volume customers to our website to purchase whatever they are interested in carrying. When a volume quantity order is placed by calling us, we are more than happy to give credit for the retail sample purchase. Of course if you decide not to purchase and you wish to return your samples we will give a full refund of the purchase price. Freight charges are non-refundable.
