Donald Consler (owner), has had an extensive career in manufacturing for over 30 years. He was the founder of Consler Corporation (now Graver Technologies) in Honeoye Falls, NY and St. Petersburg, Florida and Orange County, California, as well as Consler Scientific Design in St. Petersburg, Florida, Modor Technical Products and Paragon Patent Development of Tampa, Florida. Prior to that, he served six years in the United States Air Force with the Strategic Air Command training B-52 Crews in bombing accuracy.
